Jimmy Turnini is the Director of Production and Facilities Optimization at Devon Energy, where he specializes in developing innovative solutions for operational efficiency and production management. His broad leadership experience encompasses both enterprise and business unit responsibilities, enabling him to navigate complex challenges while also honing in on critical details.

With over 24 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, he has a proven track record of implementing cutting-edge technologies that significantly improve margins and enhance production capabilities.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa and a Master of Science in Energy Management from Oklahoma City University.

He is actively involved in various professional organizations, including the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Energy Explorers, and serves on the Industry Advisory Board for the McDougall School of Petroleum Engineering at the University of Tulsa.  Originally from Houston, Texas, Jimmy currently resides in Oklahoma City with his wife Anna and his 2 children.
